AUBURN – The Central Maine Human Resources Association board, made up of Jackie Little, president, Heidi Jacques, vice president, Heather Banester Bassett, secretary, and Kelly Scammon, treasurer, announce a schedule of informative meetings for human resource professionals throughout central Maine.

The first is from 8 to 10 a.m. on Sept. 12, on “Intuitive HR” presented by Bud Bertein from Law Publishers. All meetings are held at the Hilton Garden Inn River Watch in Auburn.

Other scheduled meetings include “Workforce Readiness,” lunch meeting, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 10; “Natural Disaster/Pandemic – Is Your Company Prepared?” breakfast meeting, 8 to 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14; “Career Development,” lunch meeting, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 12; “Annual Employment Law Update,” -day breakfast meeting, 8 to 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007; “Business Benefits of Diversity,” lunch meeting, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13; “The Future of HR,” breakfast meeting, 8 to 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 13; “Economic Development and Community Update,” lunch meeting, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 10; and “Psychology of Persuasion, lunch meeting, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 1.
