WESTBROOK (AP) – Westbrook police say a pair of 12-year-olds are suspects in the shooting of a school bus filled with children earlier this week. No one was hurt in Monday’s shooting.

Police say one of the 12-year-olds allegedly supplied the pellet gun and the other shot at the bus. A projectile fired from the pellet gun hit one of the windows on the bus, which was bringing children home from school.

Westbrook police say a mix of old-fashioned police work and cooperation by school officials and the public brought the investigation to a conclusion.
