The Littles’ caretaker has noticed the fish really zigzagging around the tank – becoming virtual blurs on the fish cam – the past few days.

On this, the six-week anniversary of their swim in Androscoggin River water, we’re pleased, and heartened, to see they’re swimming at all.

To highlight water-quality issues with the Androscoggin River, the Sun Journal plunked five goldfish in a tank of water from the Andy and named them after the candidates for governor – the people with the power to make change.
