CONWAY, N.H. (AP) – Three Conway residents were set to be arraigned Monday morning in the shooting of a man from Maine.

Maine Medical Center in Portland would not disclose the condition of Benjamin Blasi on Sunday, citing medical privacy laws.

Police had said Blasi, 21, of Brownfield, Maine, was in critical condition Saturday. He was shot in the abdomen sometime Friday night or early Saturday morning during a fight.

He was discovered about 1:30 a.m. Saturday on an East Main Street lawn by a passing state police trooper.

The shooter, 25-year-old Matthew Lewis, turned himself over to police later Saturday morning. He has been charged with second-degree assault.

Two others were arrested at their homes: Rachael West, 25, and Mathew French, 21.

West is charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another and French with reckless conduct with a firearm.
