ALFRED (AP) – Two southern Maine men made their first court appearance Wednesday on murder charges in the death of a Boston man who found along the Maine Turnpike last October in York.
Huy Van Nguyen, 33, of South Portland and Nhan H. Truong, 37, of Portland did not enter pleas in York County Superior Court. They are behind held without bail.
They are charged in the shooting death of Dung Quoc Ngo, 32, who was from the Dorchester area of Boston.
Police say a third suspect, whose identity has not been revealed and is now in an out-of-state jail on an unrelated charge, will also be charged with murder.
