STRONG – SAD 58 Superintendent Quenten Clark has agreed to navigate a school bus Thursday for anyone interested in joining him on a scenic tour of the town.

The Strong Comprehensive Planning Committee organized the bus tour to help it revise the town’s comprehensive plan.

Said organizer Raylene Tolman, “Everyone’s opinion is valuable, and everyone is welcome to join the tour.”

The bus ride will begin at 4:30 p.m. in front of the Forster Memorial Building. Riders can expect a two-hour tour to view points of interest and to assess the scenic value of several roads and houses along the way.

Speakers will talk about agriculture and recreation, including a discussion of the town’s ATV and snowmobile trails.

After the tour, riders are encouraged to have supper at the Forster Memorial Building and talk about aspects of the town that could be improved or protected.
