• Kenneth J. Tracy, 25, West Enfield, driving after suspension, Nov. 28, $1,500 unsecured provided for court appearance Jan. 24.

• Brandice Marie Dotolo, 25, Phillips, failure to appear-driving after suspension, $200 cash provided for court appearance on Jan. 24, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
