• Brent C. Adams, 50, Wilton, failure to appear, Sept. 11, $100 cash bail, Wilton Police Department.

• Sara Welch, 19, Wilton, operating under the influence, Sept. 13, $3,000 unsecured bail, Wilton Police Department.
