LIVERMORE – Planning Board members voted to reactivate commercial use of the former Motel 4 on Route 4 that is under new ownership.
The 16-unit motel with an owner’s suite had been closed for two years and required the Planning Board’s approval to reactivate its use, Planning Board Secretary Kurt Schaub said.
The new owner is Kevin Guay of Concord, N.H., who was represented at Tuesday’s meeting by real estate agent Rob Boothby of Livermore.
Boothby said the motel sits on a six-acre lot, which has 220 feet of frontage on Route 4 and had been put on the market for $220,000.
