• Stacy A. Wills, 32, Phillips, driving under the influence-drugs, April 6, $250 cash bail for court appearance June 4, Maine State Police.

• Holly Lakin, 19, Avon, driving after suspension/violation condition of release, April 6, released from court on personal recognizance, Maine State Police.

• Joshua M. Brann, 20, Phillips, driving under the influence, violation condition of release, April 7, no bail posted as of April 10, Farmington Police Department.

• Maurice G. Libby Jr., 34, Rumford, driving under the influence, April 7, $3,000 unsecured bail provided for court appearance June 21, Farmington Police Department.

• Joshua Parker, 18, Weld, driving under the influence, April 7, $3,000 unsecured bail provided for court appearance on June 21, Farmington Police Department.
