FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recorded on Monday, Dec. 4, at the Franklin County Jail:

• Thomas M. Frederick, 20, of Starks, was arrested Dec. 4 by Farmington police on a charge of failing to appear. He was released the same day on $350 cash bail.

• Joanne Goudreau, 59, of Wilton, was arrested by Wilton police on Dec. 4 on a warrant. She was released on the same day on $155 cash bail.
