FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recorded between Nov. 18 and Nov. 20 at the Franklin County Jail:

• Edward A. Luker, 45, of Industry, arrested by state police on Nov. 18, charged with operating under the influence. He was released the same day on $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Travis M. MacIntyre, 23, of Gardiner, arrested by state police on Nov. 18, charged with operating after suspension and on a warrant for violating conditions of release and displaying fictitious vehicle certification. He was released on Nov. 19 on $100 cash bail to Franklin County and $570 to Kennebec County.

• Francis M. Leidy, 22, of Farmington, arrested by Farmington police on Nov. 19, charged with violating conditions of release and probation violation. Leidy was being held in the Franklin County jail as of noon on Nov. 20.

• Jessica Gammon, 27, of Jay, arrested by Wilton police on Nov. 19, charged with violating conditions of bail. Gammon was being held in the Franklin County jail as of Nov. 20 at noon.
