• Barry Howard, 49, of Farmington, on a charge of failure to pay fine in connection with a charge of driving under the influence, July 6, by Farmington police. He was released by the court.

• Allison M. Knowles, 24, of Strong, on a warrant in connection with unpaid fines, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, July 6, by the Sheriff’s Department. Unsecured bail of $500 was provided for a court appearance on Sept. 7.

• Bruce D. Thorndike, 21, of Wilton, on a warrant for failure to appear, July 6, by the Sheriff’s Department. Cash bail of $400 was provided for a court appearance on Aug. 24.

• Donald L. Knight, 38, of Jay, on a charge of domestic assault July 6, by Jay police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for a court appearance on Aug. 24.
