FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:
Tammy A. Daggett, 35, of Stratton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 5 in Stratton. She was fined $150.
Jacqueline L. Dailey, 39, of Stratton, driving a vehicle without a license March 13 in Rangeley. The case was dismissed.
Erick A. Danforth, 43, of Farmington, snowmobile rule violation Jan. 30 in Wilton. He was fined $100.
Christian DeCarolis, 28, of Tonawanda, N.Y., driving an unregistered snowmobile March 7 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
Peter T. Decarolis, 31, of Farmington, driving an unregistered snowmobile March 7 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
Randall N. Decker, 54, of East Wilton, allowing a dog to be at large April 22 in Farmington. He was fined $75.
Dwayne Edward Deed, 42, of Springfield, Mass., rule violation, duty status not current Jan. 13 in Wilton. He was fined $250.
Joseph W. Demers, 60, of Weld, snowmobile rule violation Feb. 6 in Temple. The case was dismissed.
Tony J. Demillo, 31, of Jay, violating condition of release Jan. 13 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Brian K. Dexter, 43, of Wilton, snowmobile rule violation Jan. 29 in Wilton. He was fined $100.
Jody W. Diaz, 36, of Jay, assault Feb. 4 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.
Bart D. Dickinson, 41, of Lewiston, snowmobile rule violation March 6 in Wilton. He was fined $100.
Shawn R. Doiron, 40, of Jay, driving an unregistered snowmobile Jan. 23 in Jay. He was fined $100.
Franklin S. Dolliver, 21, of Bath, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 13 in Farmington. He was sentenced to seven days and ordered to make restitution of $10.21.
Franklin S. Dolliver, 21, of Woolwich, burglary of a motor vehicle June 3 in Jay. He was sentenced to seven days and ordered to make restitution of $1,388. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 3 in Jay, he was sentenced to seven days and ordered to make restitution of $1,388. For a charge of criminal mischief June 3 in Jay, he was sentenced to seven days and ordered to make restitution of $1,388.
Eugene V. Downs, Jr., 25, of Embden, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 24, 2002, in Kingfield. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court. A charge of burglary April 18, 2003, and one on May 28, 2003, in Kingfield were both transferred to Superior Court.
David A. Drown, 51, of New Sharon, driving under the influence April 28 in New Sharon. He was fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.
Chad L. Dubay, 32, of Farmington, driving while license was suspended or revoked Feb. 12 in New Sharon. He was fined $250.
Jacob T. Dube, 28, of Sidney, snowmobile rule violation March 5 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
Logan P. Duffy-Stanley, 24, of Eustis, possession of marijuana Jan. 9 in Eustis. The case was dismissed.
Robert F. Duncan, 33, of Farmington, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Sept. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $125.
Jessica Dunham, 20, of Stratton, assault April 15 in Eustis. A 30-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for six months.
Melanie R. Dunham, 25, of Chesterville, passing a stopped school bus Dec. 21 in Farmington. The case was filed.
Peter S. Dunwoody, 52, of Kingfield, driving while license was suspended or revoked Feb. 4 in Kingfield. The case was transferred to Superior Court.
Micah J. Durgin, 22, of Farmington, snowmobile rule violation Feb. 16 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
Alicia M. Durrell, 21, of Farmington, driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 6 in Farmington. She was fined $250.
Joshua D. Dustin, 29, of Rangeley, assault March 25 in Rangeley. All but two days of a 90-day sentenced was suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year. A charge of terrorizing March 25 in Rangeley was dismissed.
Chad W. Dyer, 21, of Turner, driving a snowmobile on a public way Feb. 13 in Wilton. He was fined $100.
Russell J. Dyer, 29, of Strong, driving while license was suspended or revoked April 21 in Avon. He was fined $250.

Sonya Erving, 39, of Burnham, trafficking tobacco in an adult correctional facility March 16 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Brian L. Fitch, 47, of Farmington Falls, assault May 11 in New Sharon. He was sentenced to 45 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Gerald Fletcher, 48, of New Vineyard, violating condition of release and with violating protective order Jan. 1 in New Vineyard. Both charges were dismissed.

Alisha D. Foley, 19, of Anson, theft by deception Feb. 8 in Farmington. She was fined $100.
William Force, 48, of Poland, possession of marijuana March 25 in Rangeley. He was fined $200.

Cathy A. Frazier, 34, of Industry, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 14 in Industry. A 180-day sentence was suspended and she was placed on probation for one year and was ordered to make restitution of $3,000.

Eric Gemelli, 20, of Jay, furnishing liquor to a minor Jan. 11 in Jay. He was fined $400. A charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor Jan. 11 in Jay was dismissed.
Bruce A. Gerow Jr., 24, of Clinton, driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 27 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
Chad R. Gerrish, 21, of Milo, littering April 11 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
Wayne M. Giberson, 44, of Rumford, driving to endanger Dec. 2 in New Sharon. He was fined $200 and his license was suspended for 30 days. For a charge of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident Dec. 2 in New Sharon, he was fined $100.
Naphtali J. Gill-Austern, 22, of Embden, failure to register vehicle May 19 in Farmington. He was fined $100.
Andrew J. Giordano, 23, of Farmington, driving under the influence March 30 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.
Mark D. Given, 19, of Jay, driving an unregistered snowmobile Feb. 27 in Jay. He was fined $100.
Ronald Gleason, 32, of Wilton, criminal threatening and two counts of assault Jan. 9 in Wilton. Probable cause was found for all three charges.
Richard J. Goduti, 53, of Portland, constructing buildings without a permit Feb. 4 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was filed.
Ryan J. Goldhammer, 19, of Farmington, being a minor possessing liquor April 1 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Andrea M. Goulopoulos, 44, of Watertown, Mass., driving while license was suspended or revoked Nov. 26 in Farmington. The case was filed.
Patrick Gover Girard, 20, of Everett, Mass., driving after license suspension Nov. 12 in Wilton. He was fined $300.
Jonathan M. Grant, 40, of Winslow, permitting unlawful operation of a snowmobile Feb. 5 in Temple. He was fined $100.
Shawn W. Griffin, 36, of Jay, robbery July 9 in Farmington. He was sentenced to nine months and his probation was partially revoked.
Robert H. Groleau, 53, of Manchester, N.H., driving while license was suspended or revoked March 30 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed.
Cory J. Gurney, 29, of Peru, theft by deception Dec. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $300 and ordered to make restitution of $768.31.
