FARMINGTON — Matilda Holt of Farmington and Cindie Norton of Industry were confirmed as board members at the July meeting of Literacy Volunteers of Franklin and Somerset Counties.

Holt is a Literacy Volunteers of Franklin and Somerset Counties student who has been studying with Literacy Volunteers for more than 10 years. She is proficient in wood working, sewing and knitting. Norton is an avid reader who has been helping Literacy Volunteers set up for the annual used book sale for many years. She is currently working at Pete’s Sea Food and Steak.
