Carla Harris of Lewiston Housing Authority recently presented Michael
and Wendy Bays and family with a certificate of award for recognition
of their valuable contributions to the Hillview community and the
larger Lewiston community. On repeated occasions, the family has shown
good will towards members of the community. It was again evident during
a recent incident involving many families being displaced from their
homes for a day in Lewiston. The Bays’ were also presented with a
letter of appreciation on behalf of the Resident Services Department of
Lewiston Housing Authority. From left are Carla Harris, Wendy Bays and
