FARMINGTON — Charley is a brown tabby that has been at the shelter for a couple of months. When he first arrived at the Franklin County Animal Shelter, he was a little timid, but still very loving and affectionate towards people. Now, he is a self-assured cat that has no problem going up to people to ask for attention.

New dogs at the shelter include a female pit bull from Strong, two hounds from Jay and a beagle mix from Livermore Falls.
