• Kenneth W. Tourtelotte, 34, Jay, aggravated assault, July 2, $700 cash, court appearance Sept. 25, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
• Shannon L. Dupree, 31, Wilton, failure to appear, July 2, $300 cash, court appearance Aug. 20, Farmington Police Department.
