Weary club
NORWAY — The Weary Club will host a coffee for club members and the public from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at 385 Main St. Those who are curious about the Weary Club, possess political wisdom and have a Yankee philosophy are invited to stop by for coffee and donuts.
Members will give a brief history of the club and discuss membership in the organization.
Visitor’s Sunday
NORWAY — A Visitor’s Sunday will be held at the
Universalist Churches of Norway and West Paris on Sept. 27. The
services will be led by the Rev. Richard Beal and will focus on
introducing Unitarian Universalism, the local churches and the reasons
for and meanings behind the Orders of Service used. All are welcome to attend.
Sunday services are held at 9 a.m. at 128 Main St., West Paris and at 11 a.m. at 479 Main St., Norway. The Web site for both churches is

Clothing center
HARTFORD — The Hartford Community Church Clothing Center will be
open from
1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3 and 17. The center is located on Church Street, directly
opposite the Hartford Community Church.
Worship service
SOUTH PARIS — The Rev. Dr. Robert Sallies will be the worship leader at the First
Universalist Church, 36 Pine St., on Sunday, Sept.
27. His sermon topic at the 10 a.m. service will be “Something to
Say.” The music will be under the direction of church organist Forest Perkins and the Sunday School will be led by Renee Wales. The coffee hour will follow in Good Cheer Hall. Child care is provided. All are
welcome.
