OTISFIELD — Three students have been awarded $1,200 scholarships for the 2009-10 college year from the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church.

Kristina M. Donnellan is attending Curry College in Milton, Mass. She is the daughter of Denise and James Donnellan of Otisfield.

Amanda Grace Dyer is attending the University of Maine at Farmington. She is the daughter of Deborah and Gary Dyer of Otisfield.

Jason R. Millett is attending the University of Maine at Farmington. His parents are Russell Millett and Katherine M. Abbott of Oxford.

The East Otisfield Free Baptist Church awards college scholarships each year. Money is raised for these scholarships through craft and bake sales as well as donations. Area students with family connections to members of the church are invited to submit applications no later than April 15. Interested students should call for applications at 539-2241 or pick one up at the church.
