H. Clayton Wyman, Jr.

SOUTH PARIS — H. Clayton Wyman Jr., 83, of South Paris, died Monday, Sept. 28, at Market Square Health Care Center.
He was born in Norway, May 21, 1926, the son of Harold C. Wyman Sr. and Ruth Cobb Wyman. He attended schools in Norway and faithfully served our country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He married Mable E. Kimball, Dec. 11, 1953, she passed away on June 25, 1999.
He worked as a mechanic at Sanborn’s, Ford and Greeley’s. He had his pilot’s license and enjoyed flying. He liked to tinker around the house. He was a good family man, always there with a smile, had a great sense of humor and loved his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include his children, Alfred Millett and wife, Jeanette, of South Paris, Penny Millett of South Paris, Vickie Britton and husband, Chris, of Norway and Harold C. Wyman Jr. and wife, Diane, of Turner; grandchildren, Wanda, Scott, Shawn, Miles and Brenna, Danny and Kate, Jason and Jessica, Chad and Kate, Patrick and Nicole, Derek and Jade and April; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Richard Wyman of Norway; a sister-in-law, Ann Wyman; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son, Alfred Millett; a sister, Natalie Hunt; and a brother, Robert Wyman.
