LEWISTON — Marc Daigle of Dresden is the winner of a $1,000 scholarship from the Maine Advantage Education Loan Program. Daigle is a freshman at Unity College, majoring in environmental sciences.

The drawing was sponsored by participating members of the Maine Advantage Education Loan Program, a student loan program managed by FISC Solutions. Maine Advantage members include community banks and credit unions located throughout Maine. The scholarship drawing was open to Maine students attending an accredited post secondary institution for the current academic year.
