LEWISTON – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated for Normand B. Dozois at Holy Cross Church following prayers at the Fortin Group Funeral Home.

The Rev. Nathan March officiated. Scripture reading was done by his daughter, Celina Dozois Musacchio, who, along with her brother, Michael, and mother, Joan, helped drape Normand’s casket with the Baptismal Pall. Normand’s wife, Joan, also placed the family Bible on the casket and Steve Forgues placed the crucifix by the Bible. Jamie Bannister did the Prayer of The Faithful and offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Muriel Forgues and Normand’s grandchildren, Autumn Martel-Dozois, and Ashton and Gibson Dozois.

Committal prayers were recited by the Rev. Joseph Daniels at St. Peter’s Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jim Bannister, Roland Bonneau, Dick Legendre, Michael Dozois, and Steve and Bert Forgues.
