LEWISTON — The fourth annual Chefs Soirée will take place at 5:30 p.m. Friday,
Nov. 6, at St. Mary’s Nutrition Center of Maine.

Lewiston native Jules Patry of Davinci’s will be the featured chef. Patry will engage the audience in creating Italian delicacies. Daphne Conraros Rioux and Melissa Rioux of Lakonia Greek Products of Saco
will demonstrate the many uses of their Greek olive oils and olives. 

To compliment the offerings will be the artisan breads of Dara
Reimers of the Bread Shack in Auburn.

Ticket cost $100 each person, and proceeds
will benefit The Nutrition Center of Maine. The mission of the Nutrition Center is to improve the nutritional status of Maine residents through education and demonstration, as well as to provide food to those in need.
