LEWISTON – Rita Rose Amanda (Morin) Breton, 65, of Oak Park in Lewiston, formerly of Fisher Avenue, died peacefully Monday, March 2, at home with her family by her side.

She was born in Lewiston, to Germaine and Antonio Morin, on Sept. 3, 1943. She graduated from Lewiston High School and married her best friend, Raymond Breton in 1961. They were married for 32 years, until his death in 1993.

She spent most of her life working at W.S. Libbey as a supervisor, until their closing. She spent her last working years at Insulsafe.

She loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved cooking, entertaining, spending family time at the beach, playing games such as cards and Scrabble and making puzzles.

She is survived by her wonderful daughter, Linda Reed and her husband, Robert; her fantastic son, Gerry and his wife, Christina; her amazing daughter, Donna Remillard; 10 beautiful grandchildren; and her devoted fiancé, Roger Beaudoin.

She was predeceased by her parents; her stepmother, Elizabeth Morin; her husband, Raymond; her brother, Paul; and her son-in-law, Blake Remillard.

Her children would like to thank their aunt, Dot Morin for her love and support.
