RUMFORD – A memorial service for Stephen Packard was held Monday at SG Thibault Funeral Home. The Rev. Stephen Brownell officiated. A music selection was “Be Thou My Vision” by Selah. Words of reflections were shared by his wife, Grace, son Stephen Jr., son Jason, daughter Tracy, brother-in-law David Magoon, granddaughter Ashley, and a neighbor, Tracy Arsenault. Interment will be in the spring in East Peru Cemetery. A reception followed at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Dixfield. Relatives and friends may pay tribute to Stephen at www.mem.com.
