LEWISTON – Ronald R. Emerson, 44, of Old Brunswick Road, Durham, died Sunday, Dec. 7, in Lewiston after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Lewiston, on Aug. 4, 1964, a son of John Emerson and Loraine Flagg-Emerson. He attended schools in Durham and Edward Little and Lewiston High schools.
He was a self-employed mechanic for most of his life until he became disabled. He enjoyed Harley-Davidson motorcycles and was a member of the United Bikers of Maine. He had recently rebuilt his Harley and never had the opportunity to ride it. He also enjoyed his nieces and nephews.
Surviving are his brothers, Jerry Emerson and his wife, Laurie, of New Hampshire, and Larry Emerson and his wife, Deborah, of Durham; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews, who he loved dearly and enjoyed spending time with.
He was predeceased by his father and mother; and his sister, Lorie Emerson.
