LEWISTON – Robert ‘Clootch’ Cloutier, 58, of Monmouth, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, Sept. 24. Bobby died suddenly after a brief and unexpected illness.

He was born April 8, 1950, in Lewiston. He graduated from St. Dominic Regional High School in 1968, and from St. Michael’s College in Vermont in 1973, with a degree in French. He was employed with T.W. Paving in Lewiston.

He is survived by his wife, Gidget of Monmouth; two daughters, Jennifer and her husband, Fred, and their children Cole and Noelle of Missouri, and Cynthia and her husband, Alan, and their daughter, Alysa of Virginia.

He was predeceased by his mother, Jacqueline on Oct. 8, 2003; and his father on Jan. 24, of this year.
