AUBURN – Funeral services were held Tuesday for Leo G. Roy at Sacred Heart Church, after prayers at the Albert & Burpee Funeral Home. Officiating was the Rev. Frank Murray, with the Rev. Kevin Martin and Deacon Denis Mailhot concelebrating. The casket was escorted by an honor guard from the Knights of Columbus, and pallbearers were Richard, Daniel, David, Shaun, and Stacey Roy and Annemarie Roy Pratt, all children of the deceased. The Rev. Murray and the Rev. Martin recited prayers of committal at Gracelawn Memorial Park, and a color guard from the U.S. Navy folded and presented an American flag to the widow. After the service, family and friends gathered at Davinci’s Restaurant in Lewiston in order to continue the celebration of Leo’s life.
