RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Lucille F. Thibodeau Velush Madley was celebrated Tuesday at the Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius-St. John Church, Rumford, with the Rev. Angelo LeVasseur as celebrant. Altar assistant was George Gionet and organist was Mark Belanger. Music selections included “Jirai la Voire un Jour,” “Ave Maria,” “Be Not Afraid” and “The Lord is My Shepherd.” Readings were given by Robert Devine and Sandi Harwood. The eulogy was given by Gail Devine. Committal services were conducted by the Rev. LeVasseur and Ashley Devine read the poem “Miss-But Let Me Go.” Pallbearers were Tim Devine, Brendan Devine, Keith Devine, David Arsenault, Jim Wendt and Roger Miller. A reception followed the services in the parish hall of the church. Arrangements were under the care of the Meader and Son Funeral Home.
