JAY – Arthur P. White, 61, of Peru, died Tuesday, July 15, as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident.

He was born in Brockton, Mass., on Dec. 14, 1946, a son of Joseph and Mary (Poltorick) White Sr. He attended schools in Mexico and was recently attending Region 9 in Mexico. He was the owner and operator of Arthur P. White & Son Construction of Peru.

Survivors include his mother, Mary White of Peru; his daughter, Ann M. White and her companion, William M. Duguay, of Peru; a son, Paul White and his wife, Amanda, of Peru; their mother, Marsha White of Peru; brothers, Joseph White Jr. and his wife, Becky, of Rumford, William White and his wife, Tammy, of Peru and Johnny White and his wife, Andrea, of Bryant Pond; sisters, Irene Haynes and her husband, Clifford, of Rumford, Maryann Schrempf and her husband, Steve, of New Hampshire, Carol Theresa North and her husband, Tim, of Rumford, Susan Dzinski and her husband, Mike, of Rangeley, Barbie Willhoite and her husband, the Rev. Jackie of Newport and Roseanna Susbury and her husband, Robert, of Byron; grandsons, Brian and Corey Duguay of Peru; his companion, Rachel Speranza of Andover.

He was predeceased by his father; a daughter, Janet Sue; and a sister, Joanna.
