AUBURN – Faith L. Tracy, 88, of Auburn passed away July 17, after a long illness at the Hospice House.

She was born on May 25, 1920, in Portland, the daughter of Wallace and Addie (Stoddard) Lord. She graduated from Deering High School, Portland, Class of 1937, and the Fanny Allen School of Practical Nursing, Winooski, Vt., in 1972.

She enjoyed reading, crocheting and cross stitching.

She worked at Central Maine Medical Center as a nurse and switchboard operator from 1977 until her retirement in 1995.

She is survived by daughters, Rebecca and Gordon Lefebvre of Vermont, and Ann T. and John M. Watson of Auburn; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Donald B. Tracy.
