Waterville – Ronald Peter Lilley, 65, of Jay, formerly of Phillips, died Saturday, July 5, at Maine General Medical in Waterville. He was born in Rumford Sept. 25, 1942, the son of Melvin and Maxine (Soper) Turner. He attended Oxford High School and served in the U.S. Army. Ronald enjoyed helping out on the Turner farm in Chesterville.
He is survived by his mother, Maxine; a son, Peter and his wife, Bobbi, of Phillips; two grandchildren, Melisa and Letitia; a great-grandchild, Kallee; his sister, Julie Lanchester; his brother, Tyler Ridlon; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Paul Lilley, in 1990; his sisters, Wendy Turner and Debra Jackson; his brothers, Vern Lilley, Ray Lilley, and Dennis Turner.
