AUBURN – James Edward Paladino, 47, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 30.
Jim was born to Thomas and Carlayne (Brady) Paladino in Lewiston, July 18, 1960. He grew up in Jersey City, N.J., where he completed most of his schooling before coming back to Maine to enjoy the fresh air and country life. He loved camping, fishing, boating and skydiving.
He was an animal lover and loved to travel on the open road. He was also, by far, the No. 1 Jets fan. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by three brothers, Brian of Auburn, David and William, of Jersey City, N,J,; his sisters, April Johnson of Greene and Debralyn Harps-Richards of Mechanic Falls; a special nephew, Joshua Harps of Auburn; nieces, Holly Hunter of Orrington, Ashley Harps of Lewiston, Jasmine Harps of Bangor and Kachina and Sabrina of Mechanic Falls; a nephew, Jacob Pelletier of Minot; his stepmother, Patricia Paladino of Farmington; his great-nephew, Devon Hunter; and great-niece, Riley Hunter.
He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Gerald and John; and niece, Tonia Harps.
