AUGUSTA – Vicki Lee Short, 52, of Marine Lane, Whitefield, died unexpectedly on March 1, in Augusta. She was born in Lewiston on Jan. 5, 1956 to Roger Culleton and Irene B. (Libby) Culleton.

She attended Edward Little High School. She was employed by Country Manor Nursing Home in Coopers Mills for 18 years.

She is survived by her husband, James E. Short of Whitefield; her parents of Auburn; four brothers, Michael Culleton of Turner, Marty Culleton of San Antonio, Tex., Kevin Culleton of San Angelo, Tex., and Todd Culleton of Nashua, N.H.; two sisters, Pam Culleton of Auburn and Kerri Taylor of Freedom.
