AUBURN – James M. Hudson, 61, a resident of 156 Main St., died Sunday, Feb. 17, at the Hospice House after a long illness.

He was born June 2, 1946, in Bath, the son of William and Ruth (Totman) Hudson.

Jim’s life was about cars. He loved building and racing cars and repairing his cars as well as cars for others. He was the ultimate car enthusiast.

Survivors include two sons, Jim Hudson, Jr. and his wife, Lise, of Lewiston and Mike Hudson and his wife, Michelle, of Poland; one daughter, Laurianne Warner and her husband, Scot, of Monmouth; two brothers, John Hudson and his wife, Linda, of Turner and Richard Hudson of Auburn; many grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one son, Richard L. Hudson; two brothers, Eddie and Billy Hudson; and one sister, Karen Hudson.

He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
