LEWISTON – Simone C. Freve, 94, of Lewiston, died Thursday, Jan. 17, at Russell Park Manor.

Born in Auburn on June 16, 1913, she was a daughter of the late Emile Freve and Florida Bisson.

Simone was educated in the Auburn schools. She worked for many years at the Bates Mill as a stitcher.

She was a member of St. Philip’s Church and enjoyed sewing, cooking and cleaning house.

Simone is survived by many nieces and nephews.
