VERO BEACH, Fla. – Rick W. Samson of Vero Beach, Fla., formerly of Sabattus, died Jan. 16, in Florida.
He was born in Lewiston, April 20, 1951, to Roland W. and Helen Samson. He attended Lewiston High School.
On Jan. 27, 1971, he married Rita P. Samson. He worked at GE Inc., until he moved to Florida. Before he moved to Florida, he enjoyed spending time entertaining family and friends.
He is survived by his father, Roland Samson of South Paris; a brother, Rene Samson of Lewiston; a sister, Pam of Massachusetts; children, Tricia Kent and husband, Steve, of Vero Beach, Fla., Todd Monier and wife, Julia, of Lisbon and Debbie Stevens and husband, John, of North Monmouth; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, great-great-nieces, nephews and cousins; and many friends in Maine and Florida.
He was predeceased by his wife, Rita Samson; sister, Sonya; and his mother, Helen Samson.
