LEWISTON – Joseph F. Morin, 91, of 25 Lowell Court, Lewiston, died peacefully at his residence on Thursday, Jan. 10, after a short illness.

He was born in Lewiston on Dec. 14, 1916, the son of Arsene and Odile (Michaud) Morin and had been a resident of this community all of his life.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II.

He was employed as a security guard at Knapp Shoe until his retirement.

He is survived by one sister, Lucienne Sarasin of Auburn; one brother, Gerard Morin of Lewiston; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by three sisters, Rose Guy, Bella Morin and Vivianne Thibault; and one brother, Ronaldo Morin.
