Gretchen and Luis Aguilar

OXFORD — The wedding of Gretchen Elizabeth Rugg and Luis Enrique Castro Aguilar was held on July 4 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

The bride is the daughter of Doug and Gerri Rugg of Oxford. The bridegroom is the son of Yonny Ecuador Castro and Ignacia Aguilar Castro of Guayaquil, Ecuador.

A friend of the bride, Victoria Hidalgo, was honor attendant, and a friend of the bridegroom, Carlos Giovanny Mera, was best man.

The couple is residing in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Edward Little High School and a 2009 graduate of Central Christian College of the Bible in Moberly, Mo., with a bachelor’s degree in cross cultural ministries.

The bridegroom is self-employed in Ecuador.
