RUMFORD – A Mass of Christian Burial for Catherine M. Glazier was celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, June 1, at St. Athanasius and St. John Catholic Church.

The Rev. Angelo LeVasseur was the celebrant. George Gionet was the altar server.

Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “On Eagles’ Wings,” “Wind Beneath My Wings” and “J’irai La Voir Un Joir.” Readings were done by her sisters, Rita Lizotte and Sister Ida Perry, SSC. Gift bearers were her sister, Julie Burns and her niece, Marcia LaPierre.

Pallbearers were Travis Glazier, Dave Elliott, Richard Cote, and John Ferguson. Interment was in St. John Cemetery.

A reception followed in the parish hall.
