JACKMAN – Fern D. Ouellette, 61, of Auburn, died unexpectedly early Friday morning, March 9, while ice fishing in Jackman.
He was born in Lewiston on July 11, 1945, the son of Alcide and Imelda (Lemay) Ouellette, and the brother of Larry, Armand, Irene, and Jackie Ouellette.
He attended Lewiston schools.
He was married in 1969 to Linda J. Hayman, and was a machinist by trade.
He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and spending time in Jackman with all his close friends.
Fern will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, Linda; his son, Billy Gendron; his two daughters, Kimberly Lloyd, and Angela Carentz; his grandchildren, Jacob Estes, Jordan Lloyd, Nicole Bourgoin, Brianna Gendron, Timothy Carentz II, and Gee Zoo (Ayden Delgado); and his many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
