OXFORD – Joseph F. Paul, 93, of Oxford, died Saturday, March 3, at his residence with his loving family by his side.

He was born in Lisbon Falls on April 25, 1913, the son of Joseph L. and Eva F. (Davis) Paul.

He was a master electrician, and belonged to IBEW No. 1253.

He faithfully served his country in the U. S. Navy.

He is survived by six daughters, Rose Marie Robbins and husband, Gary, of West Paris, Betty M. Berry and husband, Clifford, of Ohio, Elaine F. Paul of Spokane, Wash., Cynthia Anne Paul of Oxford, Nancy L. Guimond and husband, Normand, of Monmouth, and Cheryl L. Anderson of Westport Island; one sister, Bessie Dan and husband, Conrad, of Auburn; and 17 grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife, the former Rose M. Thorton.
