SABATTUS- Funeral services were held Wednesday, Feb. 28, for Edward B. Jillson at Community Free Baptist Church, Main Street, Sabattus.

The Rev. Randall Kelloway and Pastor Philip Carroll officiated at the service. Special memories were shared by granddaughter, Lauri Shepherd; great-grandson, Ezra Jillson; son, Charles Jillson; daughter-in-law, Diana Jillson and great-niece, Suzanne Ross.

Hymns sung were “In the Garden,” “At Calvary,” “How Great Thou Art,” “A New Name in Glory” and “O that will be Glory.”

A friend of the family, Patty Vieta, sang “A Rainbow.” Pallbearers were his grandchildren, Scott Jillson, David Jillson, Michael Jillson, Aubert Shepherd, Michael Fortin, Joshua Jillson, Nathan Jillson and Ezra Jillson. A luncheon was held in the church fellowship hall.

Arrangements were by Bragdon-Finley Funeral Home, Monmouth.
