FARMINGTON – David L. Hodge, 53, of the Victorian Villa Living Center in Canton, died Wednesday, Jan. 31, surrounded by his family at Franklin Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Portland on June 26, 1953, a son of Walter and June (Dailey) Hodge Jr., and had attended Rumford, Gorham, and Dixfield schools.
He was a truck driver for Wainwright Farms in Hartford for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved his family.
Survivors include three sons, Jason Hodge of Augusta, Brian Hodge and wife, Jenn, of Winthrop, and Shawn Hodge and wife, Shawna, of Biddeford; three sisters, Paula-Jean Greer and husband, Brian, of Norridgewock, Ruth-Ann Lebrecque of Rumford, and Rose-Marie Bowen and husband, Thomas, of Tampa, Fla.; a brother, Walter Hodge and wife, Laura, of Keene, N.H.; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, Phillip Roberts of Dixfield; and the Greer and the Hendren families.
He was predeceased by a brother, Frank S. Hodge; and a sister, Wanda Roberts.
