STOUGHTON, Mass. – Yvonne B. Marquis, 79, died Sunday, Nov. 26, at St. Joseph’s Manor Nursing Home.

Born at St. Agatha, she was the daughter of Eloi and Gracieuse Tardif Marquis. She moved from St. Agatha to Connecticut and from Connecticut to Lewiston, then to Stoughton, Mass. to take care of her brother.

She enjoyed camping, traveling with her sister, gardening, animals and Christmas in July.

She is survived by two brothers, George and Eugene, both of Maine; a sister, Bernadette Marquis of Massachusetts; and nieces and nephews. She will be missed.
