LEWISTON – A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday for Raymond P. Chouinard at Holy Family Church with the Rev. Lionel Chouinard officiating, assisted by the Rev. Roger Ouellette, the Rev. Gerard Patenaude, the Rev. Gilbert Patenaude, the Rev. Brian Blanchette, the Rev. Bertrand Poussard and the Rev. Sylvio Levesque.

Committal was held at St. Peter’s Cemetery with the Revs. Lionel Chouinard and Roger Ouellette reciting committal prayers.

The honor guard was provided by the Knights of Columbus 4th degree of the Holy Family Assembly, St. Francis Xavier Assembly and the Wallace Assembly. A large delegation of officers and directors of the Calumet Club of Augusta were present.

The pallbearers were Richard Chouinard, Peter Brown, Derek Chouinard, Joshua Baril, Marc Cyr and Wayne Bradbury.
