AUBURN – Randy B. Perreault Sr., 49, of Winter Street, died unexpectedly on Friday June 16.

Born in Lewiston on June 21, 1956, he was a son of the late John A. Perreault Jr. and Venise Whelan.

Randy married his high school sweetheart Dee Johnson Perreault on May 10, 1975.

He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, where he received a Bronze Star.

Randy was a self-employed carpenter and craftsmen. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church.

Randy loved the outdoors, and he was an avid hunter and fisherman. Every Father’s Day was a standing date to go fishing with his son, just the two of them. He also enjoyed playing ball with his nieces and nephews and playing fetch with his grandpuppy, Ginny. He will be missed by his family for his tremendous storytelling.

He leaves his wife of 31 years, Dee of Auburn; a son, Randy Jr. and his fiance, Zan Boothby, of Auburn; sister, Sheila Perreault of Lewiston; brothers, John A. Perreault III and wife, Janice, of Battleboro, Vt., and Glenn Perreault of Peculiar, Mo.; sister, Carlene Lemieux and husband, Denis, of Auburn; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

He was predeceased by his daughter, Brandi Perreault.
