William H. ‘Bill’ Parker
1955 – 2009
AUBURN — William H. Parker, 53, of Summit Street, Auburn died Monday, Oct. 12.
Bill was born in Lewiston, Nov. 27, 1955, a son of C. Vernon and Irene (Edwards) Parker. He was educated in Auburn and graduated from Edward Little High School, Class of 1974. He then went on to attend NMVTI.
He married the former Ann Johnston on June 23, 1979. He was working for Maine Oxy as manager of The Spec Air Specialty Gasses Division.
He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, he also enjoyed photography, cooking and his cars. He was a music aficionado and a life long fan of the Chicago Bears.
He leaves his wife of 30 years, Ann Parker of Auburn; a son, Jason Parker of Auburn; a brother, James Parker and his wife, Sandra, of Leeds; a niece, Ashley Goulet of Lewiston; two nephews, Graham and Gregory Parker, both of Leeds; his mother-in-law, Rae Johnston of Littleton; and a large family of aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and in-laws. He was predeceased by his father, C. Vernon Parker; and his father-in-law, Charles Johnston.
