AUBURN – Beverly M. Berry, 77, of Mechanic Falls, died peacefully Sunday, March 26, at Clover Health Care Center.

She was born in Oxford on Jan. 31, 1929, the daughter of John M. and Mildred Cole Pike. She attended school in Oxford and was a homemaker. Beverly enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafts, music and dancing. She loved Christmas and family gatherings.

She married Hugh W. Berry, Jan. 18, 1947. He died April 21, 1991. They had made their home in Gray for most of their married life.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Andrews and her husband, William, of Mechanic Falls, and Lorraine Blake of Conway, S.C.; a son-in-law, Philip Blake, of New Gloucester; four grandchildren, William Andrews Jr. of Minot, Ronald and his wife, Diane Andrews, of Oxford, Thomas and Shelley Blake of New Gloucester, and Angela and Damon Petrie of Colchester, Vt.; two great-granddaughters, Kendra Andrews and Acadia Petrie; a great-grandson, Isaac Blake; one brother, Floyd Pike, of South Paris; a special friend, Fred Holt of Auburn; and three sisters-in-law, Eleanor Pike,Wilma Pike and Nellie Pike.

She was predeceased by six brothers, Bion, Gordon, Erland, Lloyd, Marshall and Malcolm Pike.

The family would like to thank Dr. Jeff Brown and the staff on side one at Clover Health Care for the wonderful care their mother received. Special thanks to Charlotte Haskell for her friendship and inspirational support.
